AS A PASSENGER
If you are a passenger in a vehicle involved in a collision, your road traffic accident claim will be made against the insurance company of the driver who caused the accident. That could be the driver of the vehicle you were traveling in or the driver of the other vehicle, or sometimes both.
AS A DRIVER
If you are a driver and have been struck by another vehicle, your car accident compensation claim would be made against the other driver’s insurance company, if the action of the other driver caused the accident to happen.
AS A CYCLIST OR MOTORCYCLIST
