Joseph graduated from Liverpool John Moores’ University in 2005, and qualified as a solicitor in 2009. He went on to found ACSL Solicitors, along with Amanda Shannon, in 2009. His hourly rate is £250 plus £50 VATper hour.
 
Joseph has experience in conveyancing, litigation, employment law, commercial law, and mediation.
 
Outside of work, Joseph is a keen golfer and is hoping to bring his handicap down to single figures in 2018. He enjoys most sports and will watch football, boxing, and golf whenever it is on TV.
 
Joseph is active in his local community, and has performed voluntary roles on the boards of Knowsley Chamber of Commerce, Knowsley Youth Mutual, and The Society of Mediators.

Suzanne has worked in the legal sector for 27 years predominately dealing with RTA cases alongside Solicitors/Fee Earners.

Suzanne is married with 2 children and 1 granddaughter.

Outside of work Suzanne likes to read crime fiction novels and is Secretary to her local Junior Football Club which she has helped run for the past 7 years.

Peter graduated from Liverpool University in 1981 and qualified as a solicitor in 1985. His hourly rate is £250 plus £50 VATper hour.

Peter is what could best be described as a general practitioner as throughout his 30 plus year career he has undertaken and has considerable experience in both contentious work (to include litigation , professional negligence , landlord and tenant and matrimonial and family disputes)  and none contentious work (to include commercial lease work, domestic and commercial conveyancing and probate work).

Peter now specialises in Commercial lease work and commercial  and domestic conveyancing and Landlord and Tenant disputes but also undertakes limited specialist litigation work and matrimonial work for the firm. 

He is a good listener and his substantial general knowledge means that more often than not he can offer clients a full overview and full range of advice and assistance on all legal points relevant to the issues whenever it is necessary to do so.

Outside of work, Peter is a keen runner and concert goer and is an unashamed supporter and follower of Liverpool Football Club.

Gina graduated from Leicester University in 1988 and qualified as a solicitor in 1992. She founded her own small practice in 2003 and ran it for ten years before joining ACSL as a consultant, where she specialises in Wills & Probate and Dispute Resolution. She lives in an upside-down house on the side of a hill with her husband, their four morbidly obese cats and their two boisterous Jack Russell. A proud mother of three grown-up sons, she is painfully conscious of her eerily tidy empty nest and hopes one day to be blessed with grandchildren.
