For employees, workplace disputes can be absolutely devastating. A prolonged workplace dispute can lead to an employee losing or leaving their job, or suffering serious health problems.
Workplace disputes can begin for all manner of reasons – some are seemingly innocuous and some are explosive. If they are not dealt with in the best possible manner as soon as possible, then they will only get worse.
Our workplace mediation service gives you the opportunity to speak ‘off the record’ with the other people involved in the dispute, and with your employer if necessary. Everything said in a mediation is entirely confidential, and cannot be referred to or relied on outside of the mediation.
Our mediation will help you all to discuss what happened and to reach an agreement on how best you can put the dispute behind you and move on.
Our mediation fee is usually paid by the employer. We offer our mediation service via 4 hour sessions, costing £495 + VAT per session. Employers often book two session on the same to allow the employees a full day to work through the dispute and to search for a solution together.
