We’ll also deal with any outstanding mortgage registered against the property, and make sure that you know exactly how much is owed & when it will be paid from the sale monies.

Certain types of transaction will involve significant extra work, and so we charge an additional fee listed below:-
Shared Ownership
Where the transaction is classed as a shared ownership then we charge £175 + £35 VAT in addition to our usual costs and disbursements.
Leasehold Enquiries
Where we are involved in complex investigations with the Landlord or Management Company then we must make an unavoidable additional charge of £300 + £60 VAT to deal with such enquiries.
Expedited Auction Completion
Where the transcation is via an auciton, with short deadlines for completion, we charge £200 + VAT for the additional work required to prioritise the matter and ensure the strict compeltion deadlines are met
New Build Properties
We charge £150 + £30 VAT in addition to our usual costs and disbursements for dealing with these matters.
Unregistered Title
Where the property has not yet been registered at HM Land Registry we charge an additional fee of £200 + £40 VAT to prepare an Epitome of Title and deal with any enquiries relating to the unregistered title.
HMOs
We charge £200 + £40 VAT in addition to our usual costs and disbursements for dealing with these matters.
